| In order to help Pumas retain their value, we are making a couple of changes to the way the For Sale Den works. The changes are as follows: • A maximum of 50 Pumas can be priced For Sale at any one time (these are the Pumas located in the For Sale Den that have prices set and are purchasable by other users). • A maximum of 100 Pumas can be located in the For Sale Den at any one time (this includes the 50 currently priced). If you have 50 Pumas priced for sale, this means you can also have 50 Pumas waiting without a price set (for a total of 100 Pumas). In addition, the For Sale Options page for each Puma will make it clearer as to the current status of the Puma (whether it is in the For Sale Den or not, and whether it is currently purchasable or not). If you try to move a Puma to a For Sale Den that is full, you'll get a descriptive error message so you know what is going on. :) These changes will go live the evening of Friday October 15th (after 8 PM Puma Time). This will give everyone 5 days to reorganize their For Sale Den to fit within these new guidelines. :) On Friday the 15th, I will be running scripts to remove Pumas from sale and from the For Sale Den. No Pumas will be lost, obviously! Any Pumas that go beyond the new limits will be placed into your Private Back Den. If you have less than 50 Pumas for sale, and less than 100 Pumas in your For Sale Den, your Pumas will not be moved. We strongly encourage you to go through your For Sale Den and reorganize! If Pumas have been around for a long time and are still unsold, we urge you to make use of the Portal. :) That is what it's there for, afterall! If you want to Portal some Pumas that have been bred (and cannot do so due to the Portalling rules of having no Offspring), please send them to Account #42 which is our Official Puma Overflow account. Thanks everyone! This change should help P3 retain the value of Pumas, so that we don't have tons of cheapo, under-valued Pumas just sitting around in For Sale Dens. :) We want the market for Puma Sales to be sustainable, which is good for P3 and all of our users. | I have just uploaded a change to our Site Shop purchase system. Shop purchases are now set on a timer. The timer is 30 seconds long and begins when you purchase an item from a site shop. Each site shop has its own timer. If you try to purchase again from that shop before the time is up, you will receive an error letting you know how many seconds are left before you can purchase again. IMPORTANT #1: This change only affects Site Shops under the Shopping menu, NOT User Shops! IMPORTANT #2: Items with infinite (∞) stock quantity are not affected by this change. This update is in preparation for some awesome new features and changes-- more details are forthcoming. :) |

| To the Traveling Pumas of P3. As Of October 1st, P3 will no longer sponsor or support Traveler Pumas. It is strictly "At your own risk" from here on out. Over the past year Traveling pumas were a fun part of P3, and we all enjoyed them showing up and getting a free breeding or two. Now however, P3 has grown and Travelers have become a nuisance, not the fun activity they used to be. People do not follow rules, they fight over the pumas, we get too many complaints and as such it is simply not worth the time or effort to monitor them. You are all free to send traveling pumas on your own, however Staff will no longer intervene in any problems incurred, AND any harassment due to misuse or appropriation of the traveler is strictly forbidden. This is AT YOUR OWN RISK from here on out. If you do decide to send out a Traveler and run into any trouble (such as a user going inactive and your Traveler getting stuck), P3 Staff will not be able to assist you. If you have a traveler out now, Or are in possession of a traveler, PLEASE get it back or SEND it back. NOW. The new rules will be in effect for any puma sent out after October 2nd. So please get your pumas back NOW. |

So if you don't see an awesome little "P3" icon next to your Tab and Bookmark, you should clear your cache! |
