| Did you enjoy that doge-themed background? :) If so, it is available to choose as one of our site styles via your Account Options/Settings. Head to YOU -> OPTIONS to see. The background tile is now back to normal. ;) Also we wanted to mention that Geek Month works a bit different from other festivals. All Geek Month items will be available until June 15th (unless stated otherwise)! So you don't have to rush to get everything by May 30th. *************************************************************** NEW ITEMS Our new items today are very tempting. | WELCOME TO GEEK MONTH! wow such geek many month very fun wow (The above is your hint about today's new Geek item! :D Can you find it???) This month is one of the most fun on P3. :) We spend the whole month on everything and anything "geeky". What does that mean? And why it is awesome to be a geek/nerd? Last year we posted a video message from Wil Wheaton about why it's awesome to be a nerd. That is still relevant today (and every day!) so definitely take a look if you haven't seen it before. :) You can watch the video here. His main message is: It's not about what you love, it's about how you love it. Find the things that you love, and love them the most that you can. And don't let anyone ever tell you that you can't love those things. Geek Month on P3 is about celebrating all those geeky things you love, whether it's science fiction, fantasy, Dr. Who, Star Trek, Star Wars, Game of Thrones, food and cooking, reading and books, science and astronomy and board games and animation and... you could keep going on and on! :) Every weekday we will have a geeky release for you guys, and it will be announced here in the news, maybe with a little mysterious description to see if you can find it. ;) Be sure to check in daily so you don't miss anything! *************************************************************** Yesterday we had our first Comic & Manga Release Day (Wednesdays!). We have some fun new stories for you, so head over to Buy the Book to check them out! IMPORTANT NOTE: Comics and Manga remain in the Buy the Book shop until the beginning of Geek Month the next year. This means that last year's comics and manga are retiring TODAY! | Since Geek Month only has 4 Wednesdays this year, we have begun a day early with our first Comic & Manga Release Day! Head to our Buy the Book shop (SHOPPING -> SITE SHOPS) to find them. :) Geek Month will officially begin tomorrow! Also remember that 2013 comics and manga RETIRE tomorrow (May 1) at 11:59 PM! So you have about 1 1/2 days to grab them. |
