| Hello Puma Peeps! We have a new feature for you! WISHING STARS  Wishing Stars let a user obtain 5 of an item with art they have commissioned or purchased from a SITE ARTIST. Please note you should acquire the art for your item before purchasing a Wishing Star! If the user wants more copies of the item, they may use another wishing star to get 5 more, with no limit on how many times they may purchase. This is not a commission system! It is up to the artist(s) if they wish to accept commissions. Please read everything thoroughly before using! PLEASE NOTE: PRICES FOR ART WILL VARY AT ARTISTS DISCRETION! How to use: 1. Purchase art from an APPROVED site artist. We will not accept any other art at this time. This transaction is between you and the artist, please see artist's sales threads. 2. When you have received your art, send your Wishing Star to PhantomFire [ #1 ] 3. Send a message to PhantomFire [ #1 ] with the following information: - Describe the art or include a link to an image of what you purchased. - The Username and ID of which artist you commissioned or purchased art from. - What you would like your item called. (NOTE: You must still abide by our TOS, and if the name is found to be an issue it may be subject to change.) - What you would like the description of your item to be. (Again, following the TOS, and subject to change.) - Whether your item is exclusive or to be sold in the custom items shop. 4. Wait until your items arrive! 5. (Optional) If your item is Exclusive, obtain 5 more of your item by sending another wishing star to PhantomFire [ #1 ] and a message with your request! What kind of items can currently be made: • Food • Toys • Petites • Wearables • Scenery • Environments • Frames • Collectables For more information, please see the new forum! PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION THOROUGHLY! Can I sell my art, or use my own art for Wishing Star items? - Not at this time. Accepted art is currently limited to approved site artists. Can I sell the items I get from using a wishing star? - Of course! You can keep or sell or gift away the items, they are yours to do as you please with! What does exclusive mean? - The item is created for you and you alone! Only YOU can obtain more of it. Can I give or sell my rights/ownership to create more of an item to someone else? - Not at this time. However, you can permit the item to be sold on P3 for everyone to purchase if you so desire. What about copyright or trademarked characters and items? - Your item must be different enough from the base material and not contain symbols or logos. We also cannot use franchise names, etc. Your item may not be accepted if it is too close to source material. Can I get recolored items that exist on P3 already? - Yes! However certain items are off-limits. Tiger Eye Shop items and memorial items are not allowed. Festival or common items are OK. Some files may not be available. Check with your artist! Can I commission any site artist? - No, they must be on the Approved Site Artists list. Not all artists will accept commission work, some may only be interested in selling pre-made items. I have a problem with an artist, what do I do? - Send a message to PhantomFire [ #1 ] detailing the problem. Can I change my item once its made? - Typos and art errors can be fixed. I have a Wishing Star but no one will draw what I want! - A Wishing Star does not guarantee you will get exactly what you want. Our artists may not have time, or may not be comfortable with your request. Your item must also fall within our TOS and not be a copyright issue. Please keep this in mind before you purchase a Wishing Star! | Happy New Year. Some new happenings are in store! We will be handling TE items differently from now on. When they go on sale for 1 month they will be 2TE or 3TE. After that month they will raise in price 1TE but will remain for 1 year. They will then be replaced by the next years item. I will be opening a few new shops to handle the way we are going to be handling things :) I hope everyone will enjoy it! Now, for our TE Items this month:   Wishing Kettle The Legend In what is considered a long time ago to a puma, a wizened old wizard appeared in the town square. He stood, silent, watching the pumas at play. Slowly they started to take notice of the old man.. and cautiously crept closer for a better look. The wizard had an old copper tea kettle clutched in his hand and he raised it above his head and called loudly "PUMAS!" They all stopped what they were doing and crept closer in hopes of a really good and free cup of tea. Ah, but no! It was not tea he was peddling as he held out the copper kettle. It was something so much more. "Pumas," he said "This is a wishing kettle! I have chosen you to be its guardian! It will grant you ALMOST any wish! Do you hope for science and technology? Medical advancement? This kettle can do it! BUT be forewarned!! If you wish for the impossible, You will get" he paused to look at them each with a most serious expression "A Ferret!" The pumas gasped. The old man felt he had impressed upon them the seriousness of the situation. "yes, that is right. So, it is best to be practical! Wish for things which will make lives better! Enrich yourselves!" The pumas now all excitedly murmured amongst themselves. This was a rare opportunity! They were grateful. The old man smiled and placed the kettle down on a stump in the middle of the square. He thought happily how this would improve their lives, enrich their culture. He took a moment to smile and pat each of the pumas gathered in turn then said. " I entrust this kettle to you in hopes of a better tomorrow. I shall pass this way again!" Well, the excited pumas wasted no time in getting down to their wishes and everyone had several turns asking for what they desired most. The old man smiled as he walked away and out of sight. In what was a very long time passing to a puma, the old wizard appeared again. Alarmed, he looked over the landscape and saw ferrets! Hundreds and hundreds of ferrets! All prancing and playing happily with the pumas. Ferrets in trees! ferrets in lakes! ferrets in the field and sitting on park benches. "Oh no no no!!" The old man cried as the pumas started to surround him "I WARNED YOU!!! Did I not WARN you?" Looking directly at one puma who stood there. "DID YOU NOT UNDERSTAND MY WARNING?" He yelled sweeping his arm at the dozens of ferrets in exasperation. "No, we understood," said the puma. The wizard gasped. "Then, WHY? Why?" He implored. The puma shrugged and replied "We like ferrets" and the gathered pumas all nodded in agreement and went off to wish for a few dozen more impossible things as the old wizard standing there mouth agape realized, he did not understand pumas at all. | Starting this year, we will be offering the Premium Gift for sale in the TE items shop. They will be 5TE each. If you have premium you will get 1 for free with your account. However, if you do not have premium and you'd like the item, it will cost the same as 1 month premium does. ( Clearly premium is the better deal) These items will remain all year and will be retired when the item for the next year replaces it. There is no limit on how many you can purchase. IMPORTANT If you have premium and wish to purchase another of these items, AFTER purchase MESSAGE ME. I will refund 2TE or give you the option to have a second of the item ( so Premium gets 2 for 5TE or 1 for 3TE) We will be offering more in the way of items this year, I hope the variety will be enjoyable for all! UPDATE: I have stocked 8 of the most popular Premium gift items. | The Dark cold has arrived and you feel that chill in the air.You can also smell the scent of wood burning stoves, evergreen branches, and don't forget those holiday cookies baking in the oven... That must mean the Winter Festival has arrived! :) Once again, we bring you... Dark Winter. With dark winter upon us, we have found the pumas like to brighten things up with small lights. EVERYWHERE so be sure to keep your eyes open for all the new .."mood" lighting available. The Winter Festival runs for an entire month: December 10, 2016 until January 10, 2017. We know this can be a very busy time of the year, so hopefully this will be enough time for you to enjoy all the fun with your real life friends and family, as well as your P3 friends and family. :) What can you look forward to? Well... Gifting Stump: 'Tis the season of giving, so what better way than with our festive Gifting Stump. Send gifts for your fellow P3 members to find and enjoy. You can even send anonymously, if you'd like to be a "Secret Pooma". :) Profile Snowball Fight!: Toss snowballs on user profiles once an hour! There are tons of great new and returning prizes, but watch out! You can also miss and receive... well, you'll see. ;) Site Shop Goodies: That's right, we will be releasing new goodies thru out the festival! We have brand new items, as well as some returning items from previous festivals. Some items will be sticking around too! Wintery Background: Our wintery background has arrived! If you are on the default site style, you should see it now. :) (Refresh your browser if you don't!) Activity Gifts: We have a few activity gifts planned, so be sure to keep logging in so you don't miss anything fun! Corner Icons: A quick reminder how corner icons work. If there is no icon-- the item will be sticking around after the festival as a normal item! If there is a Winter Festival icon with NO year-- the item is only available during the festival, but should be back next year! If there is a Winter Festival icon with "16" in the corner-- the item is ONLY available until January 10th and will be retired at the end of the festival! Retiring This Year: Returning Winter Festival items first released in 2013 will retire on January 10th! If an item says "First Released 2013" in its description, that should mean it is on this retirement list. :) Hopefully you've had enough time to gather them all! Happy Winter Festival to all here at P3! We are glad to have enjoyed another year with all of you. :) EDIT: A couple of items were not finished in time for release.
