Happy Moondance Festival everyone! The Moondance Festival is the official release time of the Wushi breed. The Wushi is only available as a Transformation (or through breeding). What that means is you cannot create a Custom Wushi in the Orb Cavern like other breeds. Wushi require a special item called a Wushi Cabbage which is used from your inventory to Transform an already existing Puma. The existing Puma can be any gender, age, breed, or generation! These Cabbages are ONLY on sale for 2 days a year, so grab them while you can (April 2 and 3!). This is a shorter festival, but there's still a ton of fun packed into it! Here's some of what you can look forward to: Gifting Stump: Be sure to use the themed Gifting Stump to send gifts to friends and fellow members. Profile Clicks: Light off firecrackers once every hour and see what prizes pop out! There are a lot of great prizes in there, as well as a brand new valuable surprise! New Wushi Breed Art: That's right-- our Wushi has been updated! Thanks very much for all of your votes. We have gone with the most popular version. The files will be uploaded shortly (give us 10-15 mins just in case ;)). You should be able to visit your current Wushi to see their new style (reset the image), or play with the Custom Demo. There may be some markings that don't fit exactly right, and we are working on those. Wushi Cabbage: These will be on sale in the TE Items Shop on April 2nd and April 3rd ONLY! To celebrate the release of our new breed artwork, the price is 10 TE for each Cabbage (previously 20 TE)! We'll make another news announcement once they are available for purchase so watch out for the notification. :) Shop Items: There are bunches of shop items available! Some are returning and some are brand new. Be sure to check the corner icon so you'll know if it's a 2014-only item (will have 14 in the corner icon) or a returning item (just the corner icon). Moondance Style: You'll notice a brand new site style available for our Moondance Festival. If you are on the Site Default style, you should see it now (or after a hard refresh to reset your cache). You can also choose it from the options on our Account Options/Settings page. Random Event: A festival-themed random event should be floating around on the site... Retiring Items: Okay, this can be a bit sad, but we have some items retiring this year. All returning festival items get a nice run of 4 years after their festival first release date, so we can make room for new ones. Items originally released in 2011 will be retiring at 11:59 PM on April 4th! These items are spread throughout the site, so be sure to grab them while you can. :) Thanks for celebrating with us! |
