A question often asked by my family.. But emphasis on WHAT and HECK... First.. This song is hitting me big time. If nothing else watch the video and see the dancers and the ritual costumes, gives me goosebumps when I watch it. They are amazing! | DRAGONBORN!!! :D I heart you for selecting that one. ^^ Also - Celtic Woman! :D Very awesome, that is such a great choice. :) Such a beautiful voice. ^^ Love Stairway to Heaven as well, that rendition of it is very killer. I love M3 because I also get to hear music I would not have found otherwise. Who knew there was a band called "Imagine Dragons"? :D Very awesome tunes, I shall have to remember this band! |

| You know - I learned three things when I look down this list of music. 1) Even though I've lived for quite a few years - there are apparently many many artists and songs of which I have never heard. This reminds me that life always has something new to offer - no matter who you are or where you live or how old you are. Even if it's a just a song you've never heard. 2) Sometimes the choices other people make remind you why you like them. "Try" by Pink is one of my favourite songs at the moment and was also one of the songs I sent in to Alex :) 3)Sometimes the song choices people make having you shaking your head because it is not something you would ever choose yourself but then you realize that friends, even best friends, can be opposite in some things - and that's ok :) |

| Some of the band names are new to me, and quite interestin. Imagine Dragons, for one example. And Foot Echo. And Warrior Cats. Had to love the Donkey song the best. | ||

| Wow! Lots of really good ones in this round. Song and Emotion was also one of my favorites...and you have to love the band name, too. Tesla? I think that's creative. I'm not really a fan of Maroon 5, but Usiku's pick is definitely worth mentioning. Spring's pick was also really emotionally captivating...loved that one. Sienna picked one of my personal favorites...The Voice, by Celtic Women. I actually requested a CD from them for Christmas and have been listening to it as often as possible. Lol. I can't say i'd heard Kami's pick yet because I DON'T OWN SKYRIM. -Sniffles- So jealous. The music sounds great though. There were LOTS of others I had never heard... everyone did so good! I cried on some of them. |

| How would you ever choose just one of these??? There was so many awesome ones. Most I had never heard but now have some new favorites to add to my list. A Bird Without Wings is just beautiful!! Did any of you happen to catch that young man when he was on Glee? He has a wonderful voice. The Celtic Women definatly have "The Voice". What an amazing voice and song. Nat King Cole is legendary and I never get tired of listening to that smokey voice. Heart does a great job on Stairway to Heaven but Led Zepplin's version is still the best CeeLo Green has been a favorite of mine for awhile now. I love his music and his videos are such fun to watch. And who doesn't like the muppets??? Kelly Clarkson and Pink are both awesome!!! I listen to them a lot Hats off to everyone!!! Great choices |

| Oh, wow, so many great picks this time! I'm not done listening to them all yet [oops XD] because I've just been so distracted and all over the place. Pink's "Try" actually has a deep meaning to me. I first heard it one night when I was surfing Youtube and going through her official videos and songs uploaded by random users. I was in a really bad place at the time, on the verge of a break up with my significant other, going through a big fight with my mom, and had so many other terrible things going on in my life. But after hearing it... I dunno... It just sort of helped, I guess. And soon after, things got better. I patched things up with my partner, me and my mom resolved our fight, and things started falling back in to place. I'd never seen the video until I clicked the link in this post though. Really different, but also neat. So this one [aside from my pick of course] takes first place, for me. I've also liked Pink for a while, so I was happy of course to see one of her songs make it in. Heart's cover of "Stairway to Heaven" is breathtaking. I've been a fan [not super active, just casual so far] of Heart for a few years, and I adore Ann's voice. Nancy is an amazing musician and they're both beautiful. Ann's vocals never cease to amaze and inspire me. Thanks so much for suggesting this one, Oryx! The Imagine Dragons songs are awesome! I thank Nocty for introducing me to them, and so far everything I've heard of theirs is just amazing. I really like the singer's voice! I love these kinds of categories because there's always a really wide variety of genres and songs and such, and I sort of wish we had more of the non-themed MMMs. But the themed ones are always fun and challenging as well! When I first read the theme for the next one I already knew what my pick was, so I hope everyone else has entered as well. ^^ Thanks again for hosting this, Alex! <3 |
