| EDIT: I just reset the images of all the Lynx currently listed as For Sale (with a price set). There are some really beautiful Lynx available right now, for all price ranges! I was actually quite pleased to see how some of the faded-marking Lynx began to really shine when they were reset. I encourage you all to take a look, especially at ones you may have looked over before due to faded colors and/or higher gen. :) It would appear the winter snow has had some affect on our Lynx breed! After coming in from playing outside in the cold (throwing snowballs of course), we noticed something different about them. It would appear that their fur has become more realistic, with highlights and shadows, showing off their beautiful coloring as well as that thick and luxurious fur! As you may have guessed from the above description, our Lynx breed lineart has been upgraded! The original Lynx was lovely, but I am sure you noticed that the shading on the fur was very "gray". There was not much differentiation between light and dark, and your colors were a bit muddied by the overall gray. This was particularly noticeable on lighter colors of course, especially pure white which was never actually pure! There was never actually ANY pure color on the Lynx that showed through the overall gray shading. (Pure color being areas of greatest highlight which would display the exact color of that Lynx's basecolor and/or marking color.) We wanted to remedy this, and also make the fur more realistic for our fluffy and plush Lynx. :) The new shading is available right now, and will be displayed on all Lynx that are refreshed (it is not an option to keep the original shading for your Pumas). We do not at this time have a plan to do a general reset of all Lynx on the site, but this may occur in the future so please keep that in mind. Here are some examples of the changes. I have created a "grayscale" solid color Lynx gradient image so you can see the immediate difference. The NEW Lynx is on the top, with the ORIGINAL Lynx on the bottom. This will be followed by pairs of images, with the NEW Lynx on the left and the ORIGINAL Lynx on the right. Click the images to see the full sized versions. If anyone has any serious concerns about the appearance of their Lynx, please contact me via Private Message. | I was immediately concerned about my customs, but I refreshed the few I had and they still look lovely. (The yellow looks a bit funky and my white now feels blinding, but the shading is better over all). Thank ye! | ||

| If anyone is looking for more examples, I reset all of the Lynx in my Pride just now. :) I don't have a TON of them, but there is a good mix of colors/light/dark! | ||

| If anyone needs any help resetting images, let me know. I know it can be overwhelming but I figured people would want to see the change when they click to reset (so I didn't want to just run a script that automatically reset them all). | ||

| Believe it or not, I am not one who takes easily to change... thought, "Oh, I'm not gonna like this!", until I started resetting my lynxes and realized they look absolutely wonderful! Thank you for this ^_^ | ||

| Glad you all are liking the change so far! :) Like I said, if you have any specific concerns about a particular Lynx, feel free to send me a PM and I'll see if there's anything we can do. As far as autorefreshing, I have a script that I will update for this purpose. :) So sit tight, I will get to you ASAP! Anyone else with a lot of Lynx who would like to be autorefreshed, feel free to post here or send me a PM. |

| I reset my customs myself to see the changes, but I too wouldn't mind if you reset the rest for me! Love the furrier look on them, thanks for the upgrade! |
