As I stated last week, We want YOUR songs! PLEASE though, don't send more than 2 suggestions at a time.
If you find NEW stuff to suggest, feel free to send, just don't keep sending the same song over and over :) If you wish to suggest music, you must PRIVATE message me directly with the link and the subject line "Suggestion for Music". It would help me a GREAT deal if you would also include the name of the band and the song with your video clip. I am running into removed videos and I have no way to search w/o information included. Also, If you discover I did NOT use your particular clip It's usually because it isn't available, isn't playing properly or has a long commercial in front of it. I will try to search out a good version when this happens.

This upcoming M3 will post on DECEMBER 17th

Next category "Ballads". What does this mean? Ballads are usually slow and melodic, songs about love, or lost love, they sometimes tell a story. Acoustic or Electric either qualifies. Examples of a ballad would be: Scorpions: Still Loving You, Kenny Rogers: Ruby etc.

Woot, love the 80s to death and we got some FANTASTIC choices here! First off though: Lyddia WONDERFUL choice on the Def Leppard there! (Is very biased for them ;) )
Survivor's Eye of the Tiger is one that I always think of for 80s rock, I am so glad that it is up there (great job, rose)!
Duran Duran's Hungry Like A Wolf has been played even to today(heard it on the radio yesterday!) It is a song that very gets old in my opinion, I just love it!
Oh...*sucks in a breathe* The Buggles song... It is too cute! When I first heard it I loved it and I still do. It makes me feel like I am 5 years old again, when I tried to sing along to it for the first time. That 15 seconds of chorus that I would sound GREAT at singing...NOT! XD!

I always have loved how most 80s music seemed like the artist put a lot of thought into their songs. Instead of a repetitive phrase tied around the song like a wire, like the songs that get drilled in our heads! Great songs this week, great job everyone! Can't wait for next week's picks! I know mine already! XD

oh man, I meant to submit songs for this category, I love 80's music! However I see a lot of my favorites up there anyway! Love love love Puttin on the ritz, spin me round and video killed the radio star! I'm a big fan of Culture Club, so I love seeing them up there. Hungry Like the wolf and Heart of Glass are two songs I love singing on my karaoke revolution games! Love Mexican Radio as well!

Great selections for the New Wave and love the 2 choices for 80's rock and 80's metal as well! I love it when Panama comes on the radio while I'm driving, I crank it up and jam out! XD

I really would have thought Dire Straits would have been classified under New Wave, either way... awesome songs. :) I love 80's music and I know every single one of these songs, so I am off for a bit to just chillax to this list with a glass of my favorite adult beverage. ;)

Mrs, No Dire Straits is Rock. Mark Knopfler is considered one of the premiere rock guitarists of our time. Their first LP, With "Sultans of Swing" garnered a lot of critical acclaim. Mark has been featured in guitar player magazine several times and is even lauded by many of the "big name" guitarists like Eric Clapton and Jimmy Page. :) The man is Rock n Roll and AMAZING. I own everything he's done. BIG BIG BIG fan here :) Can you tell? LOL
