Ability to Block Users & Multi-User PM Update

You can now block users by visiting their profile and clicking the [ Block ] link. Or by visiting your buddy list and selecting the Block List tab. Users can not block staff members, and staff members can not block users. If you block a user: You will not see breeding requests or transfers from them, nor the notifications about them sending or canceling. You will also not be able to send them breeding requests or transfers. You will not be able to send them PMs, and the PMs they send you will be hidden from you. You will not see their forum topic replies, and you will not see any forum topics they create at all. Any gifting stump gifts they send you will be anonymized and the comment will be removed. They will appear as offline to you, and you will never see them in the users online page. This is not a replacement for handling users that are harassing or breaking the rules / terms of service. If someone is breaking the rules, please report them. Harassing users is not OK and will result in a ban. Multi-User PMs have been disabled While this feature was nice to have, it mostly went unused. Due to conflicts with the new block system, they have been disabled. You can still view your old PMs, they just cannot be continued. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
