| As of right now ( 7/7/2020 5PM puma time ) Paypal seems to be having a 20 - 30 minute ( or more ) delay in sending time between purchase and recipt of the TE. If you buy today and it is delayed, don't panic. It DOES get there.. just slower than normal. | |
