Finally, the source of these strange glimmering beetles has been found. A forgotton chest was opened by a curious puma and out burst a rainbow of jeweled scarabs! They went every which way, the sun glinting off their beautiful shells, enticing all the nearby pumas to give chase! Drawn by the tell-tale sound of pumas thumping around and getting into things they shouldn't, a white flamingo discovered the bounty of beautiful creatures. Carefully she scooped them up and moved them to her home. The beetles seemed to absolutely captivate her pumas, and much to her surprise, her pumas offspring came to resemble the last beetles they chased! These beetles were no ordinary scarabs. Their upkeep however was not inexpensive, so she decided to seize the opportunity to both profit and share the beautiful little crystal bugs with everyone. She opened her very own shop! Please welcome our latest addition to the Site Shops~ [ Miss Mingo's Tool & Dye! ]  She didn't get her feathers on ALL the Prism Scarabs, you may find some around the site as well! :) So, what IS a Prism Scarab? Well.... Breeding Addons Breeding addons may affect the resulting kitten of a breeding in mysterious ways! Colors, paradigms, markings, evolutions, and even breed could change as a result. How do I use a Breeding Addon? They are applied when you breed two pumas together or request a breeding! The person who makes the request is the one who supplies the addon. The addon is consumed. You can find this info at the bottom of the page when breeding pumas, just above the button to finalize the breeding. What do they do? Right now there are 2 types of breeding addons. - Prism Scarabs, which affect the colors of markings and evos. - Favor of the White Flamingo, which causes the kitten to be born instantly! Can I use more than one per breeding? You may only apply ONE Prism Scarab at a time, but you may use the Favor of the White Flamingo in addition, resulting in an instantly born and colorized kitten. Favor of the White Flamingo? What? Miss Mingo felt bad that she monopolized the scarabs, you can find her Favor in P3's attic-- The Barge-in Empurrium She is quite magical, and using her favor will cause a breeding to result in an instantly born kitten!   You can find them at 1TE for 1 Favor, or 3TE for 5 Favors! So.. how do the Scarabs work? First, the kitten is calculated like it normally would be. Then, depending on the color of the scarab, the colors and paradigms of the kitten are shifted, colorized, brightened up, or other effects depending on which Prism Scarab you use. Think of it like holding up a light filter over a photo, a blue filter makes the whole image look blue, but the shadows and highlights are still there. That is essentially how the scarabs colorize your kittens! Special LTD Paradigms When a puma is colorized, its paradigms also change to a selection of color-appropriate paradigms! This includes special secret scarab-only LTDs, one for each type of scarab! You will have to be lucky and clever with your breedings to get them! I'm still confused... | This is super awesome! But unless you've worded it wrong, or I'm reading it wrong, the favor bundle is 1TE, and the single favor is 3TE at the moment!
