| Just wanted to let everyone know a few things. P3 started up in 2006, went into beta in 2008 and officially opened in 2009. Many people here remember the Beta trials, the mod training by fire, the pumas with multi births and massive "free" orbs. We had some different staff, some folks left and new joined. It's been a wild and curious ride. All in all.. looking back.. We had fun running amok and many who joined us back then are with us still today. We have a wonderful community and we honestly couldn't ask for nicer, more generous members. Our 8th birthday is upcoming, and with that we will be seeing a lot of changes. We have a new coder joining us, you have all seen some of his work fixing some things to make it more user friendly. His name is Jesse (Nibato #12921) He is helping to fix what should have been fixed and upgrade what should have been upgraded. We might hit rough patches but, don't worry, we will come out of the fire with maybe only a singed tail feather or two. So, if you run into Jesse, show him some love. As I am working on getting the birthday festival set up... I need to let you know, I am running into some problems. I am in Florida, We are at this time in the path of Irma. Electric is "iffy" at best. I still have a lot to do however, between packing to evacuate, power off and on and the panic everyone is going thru I am not positive the festival will start on time. At worst, I'm sure quad can hand out some items and party favors, At best, Irma will head out to sea, never to be heard from again and I'll get all my work done. Whichever happens, I will do my best to get out as much as I can even if its late... Pumas MUST celebrate. :) So, everyone.. be safe. | I agree with what's been said! Alex, you are much more important to us than a few tails to pin on a puma. Be safe and don't worry about the Birthday Celebration until things with the weather settle down. Oh! And WELCOME Jesse! We will all be looking forward to seeing you around here.
