Hi folks! This is to let you know Chat was updated. A Lot of names were entered incorrectly and were "dead". When put in wrong the name will stall and block you after a time on two. So...

I went in and fixed as much as I could, and those which were dead were removed.

This is how you enter a chat name. SOME were fixable so try this first BEFORE making a second account. If it doesnt work, make a new name exactly as I explain it below.

Our Chat format expect the exact site name and user ID to be entered or it will freeze.

so, the examples below are correct ( I'm using staff to explain)

Sasha #11
Allira #8
brenne #13

it is your screen name - e.g. Quadricat, a space, a hashtag, then user ID
so it would look like this:

Quadricat #74

if you have made a name in chat and didn't follow this format, TRY first using the format above as i might have been able to fix it.
IF that doesn't work, create a new acct in chat using the above format.
If this doesn't work for you, Contact me ASAP and I will help get you set up in chat.

Glad this is being addressed and fixed before my big trivia! I hope to see lots and lots of you peoples in chat tomorrow night at 8pm pumatime!
