It would help me a GREAT deal if you would also include the name of the band and the song with your video clip. I am running into removed videos and I have no way to search w/o information included. Also, If you discover I did NOT use your particular clip It's usually because it isn't available, isn't playing properly or has a long commercial in front of it. | Wow, lots of familiar titles to songs that I really wish I had thought of myself! XD Sienna- THANK YOU for suggestiong the Cha Cha Slide. That song makes me so nostalgic, I'd first listened to it for a halftime dance between my elementary school' basketball team and the faculty at the end of my fifth grade year. Ahhh, good times. Jango- I can't resist that song, it's just so catchy. x3 And of course, those two picks of your own, Alex, are just too amazing. x3 Exellent choices everyone! Yay for Monday Music Madness! <3 |

| Great Songs!!! I can even say I knew most of them, I even knew a lot of them by name. I did not recognize Land of 1000 Dances. But as soon as I did I went to hunt down my copy of Fern Gully. I love that movie - love that song. I love Anne Murray and Sasha's pick is one of my favorites that Ms Murray sings. Although I like most of her stuff!! I had not heard Safety Dance but I thoughly enjoyed it and the video that went with it. Thanks Captian for a great pick. My mom loves to have music playing, so I grew up listening to the music of American Band Stand, Elvis, and the Beatles, so Alex's picks really brought back some great memories!!! |

| Once again Sashie had a pick that I nearly chose too. My eldest sister had Anne Murrays song as her bridal waltz. My other choice was Dancing in the Dark by Bruce Springsteen (one of my all time favourite songs) but Im glad Alex finally went Abba. Turned out I only needed major surgery to soften him up - who knew!! I can sing most of the words to La Bamba does that make me bilingual?? I actually know most of the songs this week - which hardly ever happens and I even like a few of them! EVeryone should have a go at sharing their songs! "Music is what the soul would sound like if we could hear it" :) |

| so many songs that i grew up hearing! I remember singing with la bamba as a teen lol and tiny dancer was one of my moms favs. they are all good pics this week and made me wanna get up and dance even after being exhaused from work :) | ||

| Lots of awesome songs!! I was able to listen to them all this time, so yay!! I'll touch on my faves and a few I've never heard "Dancing With Myself" was awesome, and I really liked the video for it! A classic, and it's a great song all around. "You Should Be Dancing" brings back quite a bit of memories. My mom bought a dvd of the BeeGees in concert quite a few years back, and she would watch it over and over. This song slowly became a favorite of mine. Originally I hated it, but every time I hear it now, I can't help but smile like an idiot. "Tiny Dancer"... an amazing song, and it reminds me of my significant other. When ever it comes on the radio/tv/whatever, they'll say 'Stop everything! Tiny Dancer is playing!!' It's one of my favorite Elton John songs, with Saturday Night's Alright for Fighting taking first place. "Dancing Queen", now that's a song I hadn't heard in -years-! I never knew it had a video for it, and seeing it was really awesome. My mom loves Abba, and I like a few of their songs as well. Couldn't call myself a fan though, sorry! ^^; I do think the list is complete with this one, though!! "Blood on the Dance Floor" is really nice! I've never liked Michael Jackson much since Pop music really isn't my thing, but wow, awesome! I do like his voice on the few songs I've heard of his, and this is no exception. Really neat video, too! I don't think I've ever heard "Cha-Cha Slide", but listening to it definitely made me want to get up and dance! XD "Dance With the Devil" is amazing. Omg! I think I'm going to have to check out Breaking Benjamin now! Possibly a new favorite band? I think so! "Saftey Dance", now -that's- a song I hadn't heard in about ten years, quite literally! I giggle every time I hear it, and I'm not sure why. I really needed a laugh when the songies were posted, so thanks so much for suggesting it, Captain Stumpy! Alex, I'm so happy you suggested "Twist and Shout"! I was actually considering it, but I couldn't help but go with Mary Jane's Last Dance. [My partner would've glared at me had I not XD] I was wondering if you've ever heard the Who's take on it?
